The Virtual Philatelic Club

If you have ever been a member of a philatelic club or society with an exchange packet system, you will know that exchange packets can take considerable time to circulate. There is also no guarantee that you will have an interest in the material which does arrive.

StampSwops aim is to eliminate these problems and streamline the process. Communicating by E-mail with other members, you notify them of the duplicates you have, and items you want. How you exchange stamps is entirely up to you.

• Who are we?

  StampSwops provides a forum whereby like-minded collectors can exchange their duplicates, either on a like-for-like basis, or based on mutually-agreed prices.

• What will it cost?

  Membership is free.

• How does it work?

  Members have access to the StampSwops database, which provides the E-mail addresses of other members with similar interests. Your E-mail address is the only personal information held. At present, interests are divided purely on a country basis. We have also added three new areas of interest; coins, postcards, and "other".

• Once I am a member, how do I alter my details?

  Simply re-apply for membership using your existing username and password, and enter your new fields of interest on the application form.

• What if I want to cancel my membership?

  Send a blank E-mail with the subject heading "Cancel Membership" to the address below.
